Melody was in the computer lab doing some research about the incident about a kid named Tate Langdon. He was homocidal and suicidal. It interested her because this happened a while ago, but also, she was a geek. She kept taking notes as she kept reading "Hmm..This Tate kid must have had a bad life to have been both homocidal and suicidal." she kept reading and seen that it also had the swat team go after him and kill him "So he was wiped out...Sad. It would have been nice to talk to him. Maybe see what was up." she closed her book and closed out of the computer and stood/

Melody was in science class, everyone had been at their seats and she noticed the one next to her's was empty. But a Dirty blonde boy walked into the room and of course, people stared at him. She didnt seem to have a problem and she looked at the teacher, watching as he demanded the boy to sit next to her. Everyone at each table was paired. So, she was paired with the blonde boy. "hey." she said kindly when he sat down and listened as the teacher gave instructions for the lab they were doing. Once he was done explaining, she looked at Tate "Im Melody, you can sit back and relax, I'll do the lab." she smiled warmly, beginning to do the lab. She didnt mind doing things on her own.

Melody was surprised that he wanted to help. She smiled "Thanks, Tate. Most people just let me do the work." she shrugged "it was always like that even as a kid." she red the instructions in and put in what needed to be put in "I'm glad you actually wanna help." she had a small smile on her face "So, Tate, why do people look at you the way you do? You dont seem so bad." she looked over at one of the groups that seemed to be staring and she shot a death glare, with her piercing, she seemed a bit more scary. plus the way she wore black almost all the time. She then looked a Tate with the smile again "You seem like a awesome person. Someone like me. But, then different at the same time."

Melody didnt seem pretty frightened. But when he did the gun motion, she stayed silent. She didnt look at him. She wasnt terrified, but she was a bit shaken. She then sat down and took off the goggles when the cap was on. Seeing the acid sizle. "Well, maybe you need someone to talk to you more kindly and treat you like a person and not some person with a screwed up face or something. Those kids have nothing better to do then pick on others. They do that to mae themselves feel better." she rolled her eyes "its pathetic how these parents raise their children."

Melody felt bad for him, his sister getting hit by a car? Thats horrible... she headed out of class along with everyone else and she seen what happened and seen a teacher dragging tate away "Woah nono." she put her books in her locker and she ran after them "Um, Hell-o didnt you just see that? You automaticly blamed Tate for this!" she glared, not liking how he only took Tate "He didnt do anything. Thoes bullies did." she really wanted to call the teacher an Idiot. She Yanked his hand from Tate's arm "Go look for yourself on the boys' knuckles. Tate needs to go to the nurse. Not be dragged to the office. I dont care if I'm taking him from diciplinary action because he didnt do anything." she took Tate with her to the nurses office "He had no right doing that, Tate. You should have said something."

Melody shook her head "I am nothing like those fakes out there in those halls. I stay loyal and the way I am. That teacher would have taken you to get punished for no reason. All you did was swear, you didnt even hit the guy." she rolled her eyes "That proves teachers could be idiots." she sighed and studied him, taking her hand and lightly bringing his face to look at her "I wouldnt ever change the way I am. I protect my friends, and do what is right against the teachers and the jerks here. I wouldnt ever want to be someone as fake as the people out there."

Melody spoke "Well I have nothing better to do. Nothing at home to keep my company." she shrugged "If you dont want me to tag along, just say so." she lived alone since her father had been put in jail. "Maybe I could hang with you for a bit, talk, joke around." she smiled "Just to make you happy and get your mind off the idiots in school." she folded her hands behind her back, walking up next to him and looking at his face

Melody was curious as to what was happening but a boy ran in and locked the door, freaking out. She was talking with tate yesterday but nevered showed today. She bit her lip as the teacher told everyone to hide. Melody didnt know why there was a shooter in the school, or how he had gotten in. Clearly, he was shooting everyone he could because she saw blood splatter on the small window of the door and her eyes filled with tears, terrified as anything. Wasnt anyone gonna call 911 or something!? Putting herhands over her mouth, she closed ehr eyes as her knees were brought to her chest, tears falling down her face, not sure what to do.

Melody opened her eyes and and seen it was tate and her eyes widen, she closed her eyes again when he shot and he shot the girl next to her, she cried silently and she crawled away from the body that had been shot and she looked out the window, Tate was gone and she spoke "Tate..why...' she lowered her eyes and wiped her tears away, her adrenaline through the roof. But she had to go after him, something told her to go and thats what she did, she ran where he could have ran: His Home. She really hoped she would get there before anyone else. She got to the house and seen th door busted and a woman screaming, it was tates mother. She seen the swat van "oh no..." she ran inside "Tate!!!" she yelled from downstairs, being held back by a swat member "let me go!" she started to cry "you cant kill him!"

Tate

He was sprinting fast as he can down the road. as he got into his home he busted upstairs changing quickly as he heard his mother beginning to scream knowing what was going to happen as he sat there. The SWAT team bust threw his door he looked at them as he stood up putting his hands up slightly he chuckled slightly making a gun and putting it at his head and saying boom as he put both hands up again before grabbing the gun from under his pillow and being shot 17 times. Tate eyes closed as he fell onto his bed and slid off onto the floor before gulping for air and slowly dyeing. after awhile the swat team came down leaving tates body for his mother as they left. Tate layed there dead.

Melody's eyes widen and she looked at Tates mother before she darted up the stairs "Tate!" she ran into the room and seen his bed with blood drops on it and then blood on his shirt and going onto the floor, he was shot more then enough times and she ran over, Cupping his face "Tate!!' tears were falling down her face "I hate that this had happened..." she lowered her eyes "I tried my best..to be a good friend to you..." she clenched her fists, biting her lip and trying to breathe calmly. But her crying gor worse "Damn it!!!!' she yelled and put her head down against her lap, crying. she had lost too many people and she couldnt take the pressure of it anymore. Lifting her hands, she ran them into her hair and she gripped the strands "I should have done something." she kept talking and blaming this on herself.

Melody lifted her head and she looked over at Tate. He had to be fake..Tate was dead in front of her... "Tate.." she felt like she just snapped and she shook her head "Too much...to much for me to handle.." she closed her eyes "I cant go back to that asylum..thats the worst place ever...." she opened her eyes and looked at him "its horrible...." she was going insane since she was talking to Tate who was already dead. She closed her eyes once more, hearing whispers of rejection in her head. No one wanted to take care of a girl who had been in a asylum..or had a killer as a father.. "I'm just hullisinating...im seeing things..thinking you're alive when you arent...i'm already losing it.." she looked at him "you probably wouldnt want to talk to me ever again..cause thats how everyone is...stay away from the crazy girl..."
